This is the first earnings call since SWTOR went Free2play so it might be interesting to see what kind of stats and reports they have for us.

If you’re not able to make the call, don’t worry; just check back in with us afterwards and we’ll give you an update with all the details important to SWTOR.

We’re expecting their going to talk about subscriber numbers and how they have gone up or down, the Cartel Market and purchases that have been made and how this affects profit for the company. Since BioWare/EA has not previously released stats about this, it will be interesting to find out how much they release in the earnings call and if it looks like SWTOR is taking a turn in the right direction for the company now that it has switched its pay model.

Remember that as far as gamers and fans are concerned, we want the company to earn money and the investors to be happy because this is what will keep the game servers up and keep the updates and new content that we enjoy coming.

So here’s to good news on the 30th!

Lisa has been an avid gamer since she was old enough to hold her first controller and a game writer for more than a decade. A child of the Nintendo generation, she believes they just don’t make games like they used to but sometimes, they make them even better! While consoles will always be her first love, Lisa spends most of her gaming time on the PC these days- on MMOs and first-person shooters in particular.
