Anxious for Battlefront 2? Now you can see a major leak full of info about heroes, vehicles, units, and more! Keep in mind, this information is going to be outdated since it came from leakers and the content has been and will continue to be updated after. The leakers said this content was prior to the Gamescom event in August, so there’s a good chance there will be more than this in the game as well. There’s also a free DLC with the game this time, so that will be even more added content. For now, you can take a look at the video below to see what we know so far. This past week has been crazy with Star Wars Battlefront 2 information being leaked from left to right, starting first with only a piece of the cake, and now we get the whole cake and eat it too….

We all need our Star Wars fix, right?  Ever since the title was released in January, fans have been speculating on who the last Jedi could be. There were some great theories going around but the one that seemed to make the most since, has now been confirmed. “Star Wars” director Rian Johnson recently revealed the identity of the last Jedi. It is, as many fans predicted, Luke Skywalker and now the director/writer confirmed it in this interview with the NY Times. “There’s always wiggle room in these movies — everything is from a certain point of view — but coming into our story, he is the actual last of the Jedi. And he’s removed himself and is alone on this…

Fans are Remastering Star Wars Republic Commando

Speaking of Star Wars games that might see a comeback… who remembers Republic Commando? The game, released in 2005, is a classic to most Star Wars fans. It followed the story of a squad of Clone commandos that fight during the Clone Wars. You saw them go through several conflicts and it was a gritty, meaty change to many other Star Wars games of the time. Sadly, we haven’t seen anything else of Republic Commando since those early days 12 years ago. No updates. No re-releases. No remastering… until now. Some fans have made it their mission to revive the game and we’re definitely going to be following this one to see where it goes. The folks at Blackout Studios have begun crafting assets for Republic Commando in Unreal Engine 4. Check it out: Delta 38: Boss pic.twitter.com/Jr6W3NYj6E — Blackout Studios (@BlackoutGming) May 18, 2017 What do you think? Here…

If you haven’t watched all the Star Wars and Marvel movies on Netflix, or if you just want to get your fix and watch them again, you better do it quickly! Disney has announced they will be pulling their Star Wars and Marvel films from Netflix because they’re starting their own streaming service (who saw that coming?). Starting in 2019, you’ll have to subscribe to Disney’s service if you want to see these. As of right now, Rogue One is on Netflix but Episode 7 is listed but says “unavailable”. So, if you want to get to see these on Netflix, you better start watching now before they’re gone forever. Of course, you can always subscribe to Disney’s streaming service once it comes out if you want to see all the Star Wars and Marvel films and I guess we can be thankful that at least they are giving us…

JJ Abrams Returning To Director’s Chair On ‘Star Wars: Episode IX’

In yet another crazy turn of events, JJ Abrams is returning to direct Star Wars: Episode IX”. It’s a done deal folks and now we know it’s solid, after rumors were flying this morning. Abrams will direct and also co-write the film with Chris Terrio. Rian Johnson apparently did not accept the offer to come back and replace Colin Trevorrow to direct the latest installment in the new Star Wars trilogies. That means Abrams is back up to bat. While we may never know the truth about what’s happening behind the scenes in production and with the director firings/shifts, we do know that Abrams is a great director. I recall how excited myself and countless other fans were in the beginning to know he was working on the first film. So now that he’s back at the helm, we can hope there will be good things to come. Here’s the news release posted…

Colin Trevorrow is Fired as Star Wars Director

No director will ever be bigger than the franchise. At least, that is the message Disney and Lucasfilm seem to be putting out with the announcement last week that Colin Trevorrow, the director of Star Wars: Episode IX has been fired. Lucasfilm says that his and the company’s “visions for the project differ”, but the rumor mill has been turning about the news and what’s really going on behind the scenes. Hollywood insiders have been doing their best to uncover the truth of what happened and why he was fired. So, the real question is: Why was he fired, and what does this mean for the franchise? The Independent has a story that claims insiders have information about why the firing took place and what was really going on. In this article, they discuss it. It was also talked about on Vulture. “Vulture‘s inside source, an executive, claims Trevorrow was booted by Lucasfilm head Kathleen…

Days Past – A Star Wars Fan Film

You know how I love watching every Star Wars fan film I can find. I share some of my favorites with you here. Well, here’s one you can put on your list because I definitely have it at the top of mine. This is really a great film in and of its own right, but as a Star Wars fan, you’re going to love it. It’s very well done and for a short film (this one is under 20 minutes), it’s all the more important that you get it all right. There’s less time and more attention to detail that will be given by the viewer so it’s all the more important to get all the details straight. The acting is fantastic – seriously! I can’t say enough about how great the acting is. The plot and the story are like something right out of a book, and it will…

Star Wars Galaxies Emulator: SWG Legends

You know how we love Star Wars Galaxies here. Honestly, I am a fan of SWTOR since release as well, but I still loved SWG and I do miss it and the community that was built around it when it was closed back in 2011. It’s great to see so many fellow fans come together to bring the game back in the form of the SWG emulator. While not exact, it is very much like the original game and it’s a real throwback for serious fans, or for those who have heard about SWG through the popularity of current Star Wars games, but who never had the chance to play it themselves. The emulator, Legends, has also had some updates to make it even better. NGE seemed to make it more streamlined, and more polished, which many players will agree with. The downside, however, was you couldn’t customize the character…
