(SPOILER) Companion Conversation Leaked

Companions add a big element to SWTOR and since before launch, this has been something that set this game apart from others. While there has been much arguing over the companions and certain features they should or should not have, most everyone who has played the game will agree that the companions can be a lot of fun. With this we get the companion dialogue, which is true to BioWare story fashion, and always interesting. Something else that has been talked about since before launch is the ability to romance companions and while that has also not been without controversy, it creates an interesting dynamic to the game. Datamining Yavin PvP Map

  Are you curious to know what Yavin is going to be like? It’s a work-in-progress map but thanks to some datamining, we can get some info on what it’s going to be like. As always, keep in mind that datamined info is not necessarily what you will see as a finished product and it’s also the miner’s interpretation of the data. There is a lot of information about KOTFE coming through to us from torcommunity.com. Of this. we have some datamined info about end game gear, something most fans are anxious to see. PvE End Game Gear   This is the set bonus gear in KOTFE for PvE. It appears that you can now mix PvE and PvP armorings to get the set bonus too, however this could be a bug. Previously PvE and PvP set bonuses would not count towards the same bonus. All the below gear contains set bonus armourings (if an armouring is present). Not all Main and offhands are shown due to the sheer volume of them. Some specs have examples to show stat distribution. Stat Change Reminder All main stats (e.g. Willpower, Aim) have been merged into one new stat called Mastery. Surge has been removed. SWTOR patch 3.1 Datamined – Prinawe Mounts comming soon?

swtor_potato have discovered Several Prinawe mounts in SWTOR, while Datamining patch 3.1. It’s not completely certain how they will be added to the game, but dataminers say it might be a reward for future cantina tours. Here are what they found in the latest patch: String Changes GOM Changes File Changes Class, Converation, MTX and Codex changes New MTX Images: New Soundtracks: Many of you probably missed my second lot of MTX images in my previous post, so check it out (includes black-silver crystal picture) The cooldown of shoulder cannon is 1.5 seconds, not 1. The cooldown value was being casted to an integer when it shouldn’t of been. I don’t know how long the Soundtrack video will last, YouTubes content ID system matched one of the tracks against one of the prequel tracks. Here is the newest datamined info from swtor_miner. We are going to jump over the raw output and go right to the juicy stuff. Swtor-mined: 2.5.2? PTS Patch | 1/9/2014

SWTOR-Miner has been playing around with PTS patch 2.5.2, and found alot of new interesting stuff. First off smugglers and agents seem to get some fairly hefty changes: Smugglers/Imperial Agents: Upper Hand/Tactical Advantage’s buff duration increased from 10 to 15 seconds. Shoot First/Hidden Strike had their energy cost decreased by 2, cooldown increased by 1.5 seconds, and had their damage increased by ~14%. Gunslinger/Sniper PvP 2pc/4pc Set Bonuses got swapped. XS Freighter Flyby/Orbital Strike is now a 2.5 second cast that costs 10 Energy with a 45 second cooldown. It’s coefficient also got reduced by ~62%. Also Troopers and Bounty hunters are getting some changes that haven’t’been announced yet. Secret Space Project Preview #1

SWTOR Miner is at it again. This time he has reassembled the individual pieces of the new ship models into something coherent. He managed to load complete models into Noesis, and view them. Right now it’s very time consuming to reassemble them, so expect more in the next coming weeks.  You can check out the full preview album of the Republic Striker ship in the bottom of this post. More Datatmining 2.4PTS – Modeldump

As we await Game Update 2.4, we now have some more datamined updates from swtor_miner to share. Here’s a link to my latest Datamining post on 2.4PTS I’m still working on a method for automatically reconstructing ingame models. It’s going to be a long road for that though. But, this morning I went through the weapon/vehicle models from the last few PTS builds and matched them up with their textures. Now, this is by no means exactly how they will appear ingame. As, most models have a bump/displacement map that adds most of the detail to an item, and I’m not loading that. Then, there’s the scrolling UVs which are present on some of these items, that again I couldn’t load. I’m also ignoring the material (how shiny/matte a texture is). Which led to me turning of shading in some models that were too dark, and led to slightly comical…
