Welcome back to another edition of the Guild Sphere. This time vindicatum took the time to answer our questions. Vindication is Is a guild with high ambitions supporting the republic. Check it out: Where did your guilds name come from?Vindicatum was an amazing guild back on my guild’s old World of Warcraft server (Icecrown, I believe) and they stood for something that we really wanted to emulate: Success. They were one of the best guilds in America, and tore apart any competition on our server. We also believe that Vindication is something that really stood strong in the Jedi and Republic ideals; so that’s something that we really wanted to reflect into Star Wars: The Old Republic. Can you give me a quick 2-3 sentence description of your guild? We’re just a group of guys that want to be known. At this point, we’re all focused on leveling and being casual…

The Guild Sphere: Death’s Fist

Another week have started, and another Guild took the time to answer our questions. Being an old SWG gamer my self, it’s nice to have a chat with some old timers again. So with no further ado, I bring you Death’s Fist: Where did your guilds name come from?Originally we were going to call ourselves Revan’s Fist, after a guild that existed for a few months on the Corbantis server in SWG. I was a PvP officer in the guild, and always thought it was a great, unique name. However, when we went to create our guild on SWTOR.com, it wouldn’t let us use Revan. So after some quick brainstorming we came up with Death’s Fist – still a unique name with an edge to it. Can you give me a quick 2-3 sentance description of your guild?Death’s Fist is an international, adult guild that will focus on PvP but…

Many of their members also enjoy PvPing or levelling alts to raid with on their off days. Chec kout the interview below: Where did your guild’s name come from? However, they accept applications from all regions and countries, so check them out! Where did your guilds name come from? Contrary to popular belief, it has nothing to do with futuristic pistols or ray-guns. It’s a drug reference (woah!) Can you give me a quick 2-3 sentance description of your guild? We are a hardcore PvE and PvP organization focused on competitiveprogression and accomplishment. Although focused on our goals, we pride ourselves on a sense of humor and awareness that other guilds often lack. MMO’s are serious business – but that doesn’t mean players need to sign their lives away to some fascist organization in order to succeed. How did your guild come about?Myself and a few of the officers started the guild a few…

The Guild Sphere: Lost Tribe of Sith

It’s Thursday and time for a new guild interview. This time the Sith PVP guild, Lost Tribe of Sith, Took the the time to answer our question. The guild is in the EST Timezone and is still accepting members. Check it out below.Where did your guilds name come from?Actually, it is from a piece of official Star Wars lore. I was reading about the Lost Tribe of Sith that crashed on a planet in wild space and decided to rebuild a new civilization. So I found it interesting, and the perfect way to Role Play what we wanted to do. We wanted a new system of rules and ranks, but wanted it to fit into TOR Lore without making it seem like we made our own tribe from nothing in a day. So we are using the time before launch to make our lore and explain how our tribe connects with the main…

The Guild Sphere: Scions of Rage

It’s Monday and time for a new guild feature. This week Scions of Rage is in the hot chair. Scions of Rage is a PVE orientated Sith guild. Check it out!  Where did your guilds name come from?Originally I wanted to name it “Scions of Mandalore” but Mandalore was a reserved word and so I couldn’t use it. After that didn’t work I was thinking about what sort of Scion would exist in the Star Wars universe and I went with the token selection: Rage, as it is featured prominently as a Sith emotion. It’s the opposite of inner peace which is what the Jedi strive after. So in that sense the implication is that the members of my guild are focus their hatred and anger as a fuel for combat. Can you give me a quick 2-3 sentence description of your guild?Currently we’re a group of friends from WoW that are…
