Swtor-mined: 2.7PTS New Maps | 3/1/2014

swtor_miner have been playing around with the new patch on the Public test servers and found some more goodies. First image is the Quesh Huttball map. The next two are the departure hangars for the new Flashpoints. (I wonder why there are 5 shuttles…) The rest are of the Tython and Korriban Flashpoints. Check it out below: My best assumption is that they copy pasted the old flashpoint rooms, and so they have 6 total rooms. and can fillup the other 2 when they feel like it. Personally I wouldn’t mind them pushing the rakata prime flashpoint a bit and have a flashpoint where we race against each other to find the Star Maps (multi planet flashpoint) I.e. Start at Korriban. Fight a boss, clicka shuttle takes us to Kysshyyk(pardon spelling) fight the 2nd boss there, jump to Dantooine. etc.

Patch 2.7 PTS Patch Datamined

Patch 2.7 will be online on the public test servers some time tomorrow, but the patch is already available for download. A new patch meens new Data mining, and swtor_miner and the guys over at  Reddit have been busy. Here’s the raw output New/Changed/Removed Abilities New/Changed/Removed Achievements New/Changed/Removed Areas New/Changed/Removed Codex Entries New/Changed/Removed Collections New/Changed/Removed GOM Items New/Changed/Removed Items New/Changed/Removed MtxStoreFront Entries New/Changed/Removed Npcs New/Changed/Removed Quests New/Changed/Removed Ships New/Changed/Removed Talents Area Changes New Outbound Mission Hangar on Fleet. Presumably where the shuttles leave from for the “Assault on Tython” and “Korriban Incursion” Flashpoints. Unannounced Class Changes Scoundrel Operative Scamper/Exfiltrate No longer rolls half the distance while slowed. Roll forward 12 meters. Can be activated a 2nd time within 10 seconds to roll again and go on cooldown for 10 seconds. While rolling, your chance to dodge melee and ranged attacks is increased by 30%. Class Changes Coming in Game Update 2.7

BioWare is putting massive amount of energy in balancing out the classes in the next patch. The forums are actively discussing and most people are happy. Smash will get nerfed, snipers get a boost to shield probe and and evasion will resists everything for three seconds and the list goes on.
