Advice To Those Thinking Of Raid Leading in SWTOR [Video]

I had my fair share of raid leading in World of Warcraft so by the time SWTOR came out, I was looking for an alternative MMORPG and of course, I loved the Star Wars theme but I wasn’t really looking to raid lead anymore. I know many of my friends were, even friends who had led raids in hardcore guilds in WoW but for me, I wanted a game where I could sit back and relax, soak in the new story and content, and not feel rushed for progression. There’s nothing wrong with raiding or leading, or progression. I was just at a point in my gaming life where I wanted something different. That said, there were and still are, people who love raid leading in SWTOR. If you’re thinking about becoming one of those people, mirta000 has some advice for you. It’s all compiled here in this video of about 11…

Things I learned while leveling my alts

This might not be rocket science, but here is a few tips and tricks I learned while leveling my alts. When you make an alt, you will probably look for ways to level without doing entire planets that you already did on your main. One of the biggest complaints about this game that I see is travel time. Companion quests, space missions, warzone daily quests, and flashpoint daily quests are attractive since you can get tons of EXP for basically doing little to anything at all and with 0 travel time. In fact, you can do all 4 of those things while being docked at the fleet. Mail to an alt on the same faction is instant, even if you’re sending items. Edit: you can send mail with items/credits to your cross faction alts [ Thanks snakedoctor and Thorden ] In normal mode flashpoints, the game seems to have a bias to drop items for the…

While we know that gaming is supposed to be all about having fun and accomplishing objectives, the reality is that in games like SWTOR, you are going to need to do a bit of legwork in regards to stat tracking. SWTOR Tip: Gain Credits by Converting Unwanted Tionese Comms and Crystals

Once you have your 4-piece bonus, there’s not a lot of point to the Tionese commendations and crystals. Or is there? You may not have known that you can actually trade these into credits and earn a lot of cash quickly (especially if you have a lot of them on hand). So how do you do it when you can’t sell the comms and crystals? Well, it’s actually pretty simple. And if you want to earn the most from this trick, you need to buy the cheapest items from commendations because they actually sell for most credits. You could easily get 120k-150k credits if you have commendations and crystals saved up. Do you have any SWTOR quick tips or tricks like this you want…

Raising Affection Tip: How to Get Rid of 30 Sec Timer

Are you looking to max out affection with your companions? Have a companion or two that is not full on affection yet? If you’re looking for a way to gain that affection more quickly, here’s how you can get rid of the 30 second timer when giving gifts. Zdlite posts: “Dunno if this is common knowledge yet, but i thought i’d drop this gem. When giving companions gifts espec when you first start (cause you can buy a gang of rank 5 greens from vendor, across form GTN). You can negate the 30 sec wait time, with a loading screen. I use the first instance zone, stand outside hand gift, run in hand gift, lather, rinse, repeat. My load time is usually under 10 secs, plus it’ll also cycle crewskill missions for ya =)” Is it an exploit? Here’s the big question that people have before using this trick. Will…
