The final webisode of The Old Republic webcomic Blood of the Empire is now online at swtor.com: Issue 12 (aka Act 3: Burn the Future Chapter 4) brings us the final 7 pages of the exciting story, written by Alexander Freed, with art by Dave Ross. Blood of the Empire reaches its twelfth and final issue, and Teneb Kel must face the aftermath of his actions. Exal Kressh is defeated, but the Emperor and the Dark Council will have further plans for their servant. What fate is Teneb prepared to carve for himself? The Old Republic #1 “Threat of Peace” printed edition on sale this week

This week marks the release of the printed edition of Star Wars: The Old Republic #1 “Threat of Peace.” This series was originally printed online at the official Star Wars: The Old Republic website last year. Writer Rob Chestney and artist Alex Sanchez help set the stage for the new MMO video game world set 3,650 years before A New Hope. Look for two distinct covers on this issue. Benjamin Carré has the jaunty Jedi version, while Attik Studios produces a Sith styled one. This is the first of three issues.

SW:TOR – Latest Webcomic and Some Video Lore

I’ve never been big on comics (bad geek, I know. Please don’t hurt me!) but the Star Wars fan in me cannot help but follow the SWTOR web comic. If you haven’t seen it before, I urge you to check it out and catch up! They just put up the 3rd installment. And because BioWare loves me and wants me to fall madly in love with them, they also have put up what very well could be the best bit of lore ever. Perhaps it’s the fangirl in me, but I got chills.
