Can’t complete New Frontiers mission for TFB | 08.06.2013, 01:29 PM

Hi there folks,

We are adding this to the Known Issues today, but New Frontiers/Ancient Allies is currently bugged for players who have already completed the mission “Terror From Beyond” and we’re currently planning to have this fixed in Game Update 2.3.1.

Kolto Tank/Carbonite Chamber/Chair/Remote Ship do not regen energy. | 08.06.2013, 01:02 PM

Hi there!

I would like to get some more information from you folks about this to be sure that we catch all instances of this bug. Right now, each item does not appear to be broken across the board for each Class.

For instance, in testing Kolto Tank internally, we were able to confirm that it’s broken for Troopers, Jedi Knights, and Sith Warriors, but it isn’t broken for Smugglers and Agents as reported.

Therefore, what we need from you is exactly what item you have determined is not regenerating energy/ammo/Force properly as well as what Class this happens with and any other relevant details you may have discovered.

Redundant Titles for Bounty Supply Company | 08.06.2013, 11:06 AM

Hi DarthBuckets,

Good observation! This is something we’re aware of. The titles that are currently visible (though still not obtainable, as the Reputation is not yet able to be earned) for the Bounty Supply Company are incorrectly listed, but they will be corrected with Game Update 2.3.1.

Huttball PVP Warzone catwalk issue | 08.06.2013, 08:47 AM

Problem: Players on the ground level in the Huttball warzone map can affect players on the catwalks above them in a way that does not seem intended.

Example: Me on a catwalk above midfield. Sorcerer on ground level below me affects me with their knockback like I was on the ground level with them.

This is something that the PvP team is aware of, and we’re looking into solutions for a future patch.

Hello everyone!

Thanks very much for your reports! We have locked down the exact cause of this issue, and there is a workaround:

Currently, to receive credit for [WEEKLY] Czerka Takeover (Republic)/Czerka Dissolution (Imperial), the owner of the phase must be on the [WEEKLY] mission and they must still need credit for it. Once the phase owner receives credit towards the mission, the credit is shared with the group; if they are unable to get this credit, it’s preventing the rest of the group from receiving it as well. This is true regardless of how the group enters the mission phase, and it does not matter whether or not you use Group Finder.

We’re working on implementing a fix now, and as soon as we know when it’ll be deployed, we will post an update.

Hello there Bombbuster,

Well, that’s quite nutty indeed! We will look into this, and we’d appreciate any other information that can be provided in this thread.

I’d be curious to see if others have encountered this, or if there is a very edge-case type bug. If the latter, it may be difficult to nail down due to being unable to reproduce.
